Where we ship

We ship within the United States, and internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Australia. Shopping from Japan? Visit our official partner, Alice's Dog & Cat.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped from New York, NY within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your sling is on its way.

Delivery time & cost

United States: USPS First Class — $8.99 per order, typically 3–7 business days after shipping.
Canada: $15 per order · United Kingdom: $15 per order · Australia: $20 per order · France: $15 per item.
International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days and may be subject to local customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

Estimated delivery times begin when your order ships, not when it's placed. Carrier delays outside our control (weather, peak season) can occasionally add a day or two.

Order changes & address errors

Need to change a size, color, or address? Email info@kangapooch.com as soon as possible — we can usually catch an order before it ships. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, we'll reship it and may ask you to cover the reshipping cost.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking shows your package as lost, or your sling arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — photos of any damage help us process it faster.
