    Welcome to kangapooch.com (the "Site"), operated by Kangapooch LLC ("Kangapooch," "we," "us"). By using the Site or purchasing from it, you agree to these Terms.

    1. Products & safe use

    Kangapooch slings are designed and tested for small dogs weighing under 10 lbs (approx. 4.5 kg). You are responsible for using the product as intended: verifying your dog's weight, using the safety clasp with a collar or harness, supervising your dog at all times while in the sling, and inspecting the product for wear before each use. The sling is not a car restraint, not an airline-approved carrier, and not a substitute for supervision.

    2. Orders, pricing & availability

    All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund) — including orders that appear to be for resale. Colors and availability may change without notice.

    3. Shipping, returns & risk of loss

    Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy, which are part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier; we will nonetheless assist in resolving lost-in-transit claims as described in the Shipping Policy.

    4. Intellectual property

    KANGAPOOCH® is a registered trademark (US Reg. No. 8092297). All Site content — text, photography, graphics, product designs, and the Size Finder tool — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially use Site content without written permission.

    5. User conduct

    You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful activity, no interfering with the Site's operation, no attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours, and no automated scraping.

    6. Disclaimers

    The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow such exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

    7. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

    8. Governing law & disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@kangapooch.com and give us 30 days to work it out — most things can be fixed with an email. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

    9. Changes

    We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
